The Stromatex orthopedic mattress features open-type springs (Bonnel Springs) supported by a single steel bar in order to provide great strength and stability. As the main material it contains polyurethane foam, which makes it cooler in high temperatures and at the same time provides a sense of immersion, but without isolating every movement of the body.
